The National Executive Board manages and guides the long term progress of Iota Nu Delta Fraternity, Inc. As a rapidly growing organization, these brothers lead new national initiatives, ongoing programs, and internal endeavors.

Vishal Vyas - National President

Vishal establishes the long term vision and goals of the organization while overseeing all aspects of operations. He leads strategic initiatives between the National Executive Board and the Board of Directors. Vishal developed a wide range of experience at all levels of Iota Nu Delta. As an alumnus, Vishal has served in progressively higher leadership positions at the local, regional, and national levels. He joined the National Executive Board in 2013. 


Dr. Beje Thomas - National Executive Vice President

Beje oversees national strategic endeavors, flagship event planning, infrastructure strategy, and operational procedures. He also oversees ad-hoc special purpose committees such as Convention Committee.

 


KUSH JOSHI - NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

Kush oversees all areas of finance nationally, ensuring a strong base for our growing presence and impact across the country. In addition to funding our day-to-day operations, he leads new strategic initiatives to bolster our contribution to the community.

BINOY BABUKUTTY - NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

Binoy develops the long term brand strategy and vision of the organization. He leads various operations--creative production, media, research, and outreach. For our chapters, his team provides guidance and resources to maximize marketing potential along their life-cycle. In the development aspect of his role, his team drives implementation of a variety of innovative endeavors to build the brand of the organization and further its reach.


JOSEPH SEBASTIAN - NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF MEMBERSHIP 

Joseph oversees National processes of new member recruitment, intake, and development. In his role, he endeavors to help new members understand their responsibilities in the organization as well as the resources available for their personal growth. His team works to allow new members to accelerate the development of their leadership and professional skills.

Jijo Jacob - National Vice President of Undergraduate Affairs

Jijo oversees the operations of all chapters and colonies at the macro level, evaluating their performance and advancing their continuous development in the areas of Academic & Professional Excellence, Service & Leadership, Cultural Awareness, and Fraternalism. He is constantly working to ensure undergraduates live up to our Mission Statement and reach new heights of achievement through various programs including the Mind-Body-Soul Initiative and the Mid-Year Leadership Retreat.

 


LUKE LUKOSE - NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF ALUMNI AFFAIRS

Luke is the head of all alumni programs and new initiatives. He leads several strategic endeavors to maintain fraternal ties in our alumni as they pursue their own paths around the world. Further, he oversees the alumni involvement in large scale national projects.


Viraj Desai -  National Vice President of Expansion

Viraj oversees all processes of expansion from setting standards for quality growth, selecting host universities, collaborating with university administrations, and developing new colonies’ progress towards full chapter status. With our rapid pace of expansion, Viraj works to ensure that future growth will enhance the quality and reach of our organization. 


Ernest Rajakone - National Vice President of Communications

Ernest maintains all lines of communication to facilitate collaboration within the organization at the national, regional, and chapter levels. Further, he ensures that our alumni, partners, families, and friends are up to date with the latest news and upcoming events. In this role, he oversees public relations, record management, and information technology.
